I went in for a check up on my 1999 Toyota 4 Runner. I am always Treated with Great Customer Service and in and out quickly. This Time While waiting I ventured over into the Sales Department and was Greeted by Tyrone T he let me look around not Pushy at all! I left the Dealership happy in My New 2012 4 Runner! I was recently in a car accident that forced me into shopping for something new, the last thing I wanted to deal with was some jerk trying to pressure me, but they were sympathetic to my situation and made it a very easy process. Thanks again guys, I’ll be back to see you next time.

My experience at Magic Toyota was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. We arrived at a buying price and trade in value very fast and the paperwork did not take half as much time.
The car we bought wasn’t on the lot so we had to return the next day for the vehicle and Jeremy went out personally to get the car from the other dealership that was down near past Olympia. I imagine that was a personal sacrifice of time he could of spent selling other cars.
Jeremy was also very knowledgeable, relational and also very humble. We were very comfortable with him.

On Thursday evening, my 2007 Camry V6 2GRE-FE had a massive leak originating from my VVTi hose. I had a strong scent of burnt oil coming from my vents as started my car and was driving away from the parking garage. I stop the car and get out to my surprise and shock, a drip trail leading back to the swimming pool that was once my motor oil.
So, I go through hell to get oil and try to make it back home with some divine intervention, and without locking up my engine thereby killing it. My Camry is my only mode of transport, without it and life would be… difficult; and to say the least money is already tight. The very next day, I called around to local Toyota service depts. explaining my misfortune, and they don’t want to even see less touch my Camry on their dime, passed warranty S.O.L. they say, TSB and recall work already done during prior oil services and not Toyota’s or their problem.
I was advised to call Magic Toyota because they were the service department who replaced and repaired all of my warranty work, that maybe they would do something for me. My day was going bad by this point. But Magic Toyota Service took care of me. I must say to everyone that as soon as I met my Service Manager, Christine Larson of Orange Team, she was understanding of my situation, listened to all of my concerns and took it upon her warm generosity to take care of me and repair my car at no cost on her account. She went back and forth, investigating the details on my car, talking to the techs, researching the parts involved, and in the end took it upon herself to take care of the customer and cover everything. Most of us already know that this level of character is urban legend. But if you have met Ms. Christine Larson and are under her professional Service Team, you already know this as fact.
I was in and out with two signatures, a smile and that my car was already started and ready for me to go, and all of this with no appointment on a Friday in under two hours, and no money out of pocket. It is because of good people like Ms. Christine Larson who puts the customer first that keeps Toyota owners loyal to the brand and especially to the dealer. Thank you Christine Larson for everything, Magic Toyota is lucky to have you and I am grateful to you, as with everyone else whom you assist with a smile.
I recently had service done to my Toyota and encountered a wonderful person and Wanted to bring it ot “management attention.” Christine was a very accommodating, Very efficient and knowledgeable in the services available. She acknowledged me The minute I walked in the door with a smile and a “hello can I help you;” unlike the gentleman sitting across from her. She adds a wonderful and friendly quality To your business.
I have just completed my Second Magic Toyota Purchase, and for the second time it truly was a magical experience.

I just wanted to share that I had a very good car buying experience with Joon and with the Magic Toyota. It was easy and painless. Now I am looking forward to a long service relationship with you plus you can count on me when I am ready to purchase another Toyota in about 3 years. khing took my long distance telephone call last Saturday while i was driving home to Bothell from Phoenix Arizona. he gave me the information I needed to have my Camry repaired in short order. khing directed me to Toyotatown in Stockton California and they put me to the head of the cue and within 10 minutes of my dropping in had read out the fault code. toyotatown gave me the VIP treatment and after the R & R of the faulty spark plugs & wire i was on my way again. R & R means remove and replacement. it’s nice to know that no matter where I am I can depend upon Khing and the magic Toyota team to keep me rolling along safely.
Yesterday I had the Toyota serviced for routine stuff and told Kevin Nelson what happened, Kevin suggested that I drop you this personal note. This 99 Camry that I bought from your dealership has had continuing inspections and maintenance from your shops since new. It’s a great personal automobile and I am very happy with it. It’s my fifth Toyota. Having previously a 68 Corona Mk II, 73 Corona, 77 Cressida, 92 Camry and now the latest 99 camry.
Please note the new cashier, I think her name is Tami or Cami was very friendly and efficient. I offered her my congratulations on her new employment and wished her luck.
